Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’, by filling out the registration form (in particular, when applying for a consultation) and ticking the box that you have read this Privacy Policy, you consent to the processing of your personal data in order to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, in particular, the issuance/extension of a non-exclusive licence to use the computer program(s).

We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal data. This Privacy Policy is a set of rules that apply to all employees of our company and regulates the collection and use of personal data that may be requested/received when purchasing computer software(s).

1. Scope of personal data

By placing an order for the purchase of computer software(s) and filling in theregistration form (order), you provide your personal data for processing,including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details,etc. We receive such data only from persons who provide it knowingly andvoluntarily. In order to place an order for computer program(s) or otherwiseinteract with us, you must carefully read your rights and obligations regardingthe processing of personal data, as specified in Article 8 of the Law ofUkraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’, carefully read this Privacy Policy, andexpress your full consent to its terms.

2. Purpose of collecting personal data

Personal data is information or a set of information about an individual who is identified orcan be specifically identified. We may process your personal data for thefollowing purposes. In this case, one or more purposes may be appliedsimultaneously:

Receiving an order. We mayuse your personal data to fulfil the order you have placed, to process yourinquiries, or for other purposes that may exist to achieve the ultimate goal ofsatisfying the interests of the consumer, as well as to prevent and investigatefraud and other abuses.
Communication with you. Wemay use your personal data to communicate with you, for example, to notify youof changes in our products or to send you important notices and other similarcommunications relating to an order you have placed and to contact you forpurposes related to customer service.

We act in accordance withthis Privacy Policy, on the basis of the Regulation on the Processing andProtection of Personal Data and on the basis of the current legislation ofUkraine. We have the right to store Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfilthe purpose specified in this Policy or within the terms established by thecurrent legislation of Ukraine or until you delete this data.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

We do not sell, transfer ordisclose personal data that we receive on our website to third parties withoutyour prior consent. We disclose personal data only in cases determined by thecurrent legislation of Ukraine, as well as in accordance with the law:

We will disclose information in case of prevention of a crime or damage to us orthird parties;
We will disclose information to third parties who provide us with technicalsupport and services through which you receive your order and use computerprogrammes.

You undertake not to transfer personal data of third parties without their consent, as well as notto transfer personal data contained in the computer programme to third parties,unless it is provided for by applicable law. You agree not to transfer personaldata contained in the computer programme to third parties. By using personaldata, you agree to comply with the current legislation of Ukraine on personaldata protection. Intergal-Bud Construction Company LLC is not responsible forthe actions of third parties regarding the illegal use of personal data in caseof violation by the user of the terms of this Policy or the requirements ofapplicable law.

4. Security

We take reasonable measuresto protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access,disclosure, alteration and destruction.
