• The monolithic frame, vertical waterproofing, and backfilling of the excavation pits for Phase 1 of section 1.1 and parking lot #1 have been completed. The excavation for parking lot #2 has been prepared, and masonry for Phase 1 of section 1.1 has been laid.
• Installation of sewage risers, erection of vertical structures for parking lot #2, the monolithic frame for Phase 1 of parking lot #3, and the laying of electrical networks for the apartments are nearing completion.
• Horizontal waterproofing of the foundation for parking lot #2 is currently underway. 
• Work has commenced on the frames of sections 1.2 and 1.3, involving the erection of vertical structures for the 1st floor.
  Installation of window and aluminum structures is underway on the 2nd floor of section 1.1.
